By using MyPod's services, booking through our platform, or accessing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
MyPod provides professional mobile car washing and detailing services at customer-specified locations within our service areas in Kolkata.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the requested time slot.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation from MyPod.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions.
Customers must ensure vehicle access is available at the scheduled time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless a "Pay Later" option has been selected at booking.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Our Cancellation Promise
We understand that plans change. MyPod maintains a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
2. Customer Cancellations
Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled service time at no charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before — ₹99 cancellation fee.
No-Show: Full service charge may be applied.
3. Refund Policy
Full refunds processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds issued to the original payment method.
"Pay Later" bookings that are cancelled have no charge applied.
